GW-496 C/F
GW-496 is a high-yielding variety with an average production of 2000–2500 kg per acre. It produces yellowish-bold grains of desirable quality. The crop matures in 115–120 days and has a semi-erect growth habit with good tillering capacity. It is resistant to wilt disease and is best suited for irrigated, timely-sown conditions. This variety is recommended for Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan. NOTE: Available in 20 kg and 40 kg packing
